Past, Present, Future

Past
When my life began I learned by looking to those around me to tell me who I am. I studied their faces and I listened to their comments and I became who they needed me to be. They told me their values and I accepted them without question because I wanted them to love and accept me. I did all this unknowingly. It was all I knew. As I grew up I never questioned how I was conditioned mentally or how I was shaped emotionally because it was all I knew.
Sometimes now in the present I feel or think conflicted, but I do not know what is the matter or how to make sense out of it. Somehow the lessons I learned and the methods of coping I learned are not helping me a lot in the present. I sometimes find myself searching, but I do not know what I am looking for. I do not even have the words to ask for what I want because I am not even close to labeling what is the matter. But, somehow I feel something is the matter and I can’t seem to find the question or the direction in which to go for more information about this thing that seems like a problem. I know I want to change or fix something or someone, but all I have learned is how to change myself to fit into the early environment that shaped me. But this was done before I knew it so I am not even concious of this fact. Do I want to go on in my life continuing to be what others mirrored back to me and told me what I am or is it time to look not outside, but inside and learn who I really am.
Future
The future can be what ever I want it to be, but in order to make this happen I need to find out what parts of me I had to eliminate subconciously in order to fit into my original environment. Sandra Spalding takes you on an archeological dig to help you look inside yourself - to help you to find where you are wounded, disconnected or broken. She has found in her 16 years of practice that when you find
where you are wounded or disconnected it is possible to “Embrace the Real You” and to build your future from your own innate self. Why not begin your journey of mind/emotional/spiritual integration and bloom to your innate fullest potential. The mission is simple find out who you really are ? listen to your heart, an unprogrammed head and the highest universal power and flow out of darkness into the light. Feel alive, be alive, be true to yourself and bring unconditional love and light to yourself and those around you!!
